Rhymes

If you want to review some of the rhymes we learnt last year here they are.

Humpty Dumpty.

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpy Dumpty had a big fall,
all the king's horses and
all the king's men
couldn't put Humpty together again.

Alligator town

I wore my crown
to Alligator town
I sat on a fence
and the fence broke down
the alligator bite me
on the seat of my pants
and made me do
the hookie-cookie dance

Two little cheeky birds

Two little cheeky birds
one named Peter, one named Paul
fly away Peter, fly away Paul
come back Peter, come back Paul

The Belfast Belle

I tell my ma, when I get home
the boys won't leave till I get home
They pull my hair, they steal my comb
but that's alright when I get home
She is so handsome, she is so pretty,
She is the Belle of Belfast City
She is dancing 1,2,3
Can you tell me who is she?

At the bottom of the sea

At the bottom of the sea
so blue and so green
lives the biggest and the fattest
whale you have ever seen
It opens wide its mouth
and all the little fish swim right in

My Bonnie

My Bonnie lies over the ocean
My Bonnie lies over the sea
My Bonnie lies over the ocean
oh bring back my Bonnie to me
Bring back, bring back,
bring back my Bonnie to me, to me
Bring back, bring back,
bring back my Bonnie to me, to me

Witches, and Wizards

Witches, witches everywhere
wizards, wizards everywhere
flying broomsticks in the air
bats, black cats, caldrons, pumpkins
and magic spells
